FSA has reported that Santander received the highest proportion of customer complaints in the UK during H1 2010, as the 216,158 complaints received gave it the highest ratio of complaints to number of customer accounts. Barclays came second with 195,956 complaints, while Lloyds received the highest number but commands a larger customer base. Co-operative Bank received the lowest ratio at 2:1 for every 1,000 accounts, while HSBC had a fairly low 65,236
